A VJob elkötelezett a felhasználók adatainak védelme iránt. Ez a tájékoztató leírja, hogyan gyűjtjük, használjuk és védjük az adataidat a VJob mobilalkalmazás használata során – függetlenül attól, hogy a világ melyik részéről használod az alkalmazást.

1. Gyűjtött adatok

Fiókadatok: név, email cím, jelszó (titkosítva)
Profiladatok: profilkép, önéletrajz, munkahelyi preferenciák, készségek
Videók: a felhasználók által feltöltött bemutatkozó videók
Helyszín: város/régió az állásajánlatok párosításához
Eszközadatok: eszköz token push értesítésekhez, operációs rendszer
Használati adatok: appinterakciók, állásmegtekintések, kedvelések, skip-ek
Kommunikáció: az alkalmazáson belüli üzenetek tartalma

2. Az adatok felhasználása

A VJob szolgáltatás nyújtása és folyamatos fejlesztése
Munkakeresők és munkaadók intelligens összekapcsolása (matching)
Push értesítések küldése matchekről, üzenetekről és frissítésekről
Felhasználói azonosság ellenőrzése és visszaélések megelőzése
Személyre szabott állásajánlatok megjelenítése
Statisztikák és analitika készítése a szolgáltatás javítása érdekében

3. Adattárolás

Adataidat biztonságosan tároljuk a Google Firebase szolgáltatásain keresztül (Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication). Az adatok a Google szervereinek biztonsági szabványaival összhangban kerülnek tárolásra, titkosított kapcsolaton keresztül.

Adataidat addig őrizzük meg, amíg fiókod aktív, vagy amíg a törlését nem kéred.

4. Harmadik féltől származó szolgáltatások

Az app működéséhez az alábbi külső szolgáltatásokat vesszük igénybe. Ezek saját adatkezelési szabályzattal rendelkeznek:

5. Sütik (Cookies)

A VJob mobilalkalmazás nem használ sütiket. Az alkalmazás kizárólag a Firebase által biztosított biztonságos munkamenet-kezelést alkalmazza, amely nem tárol sütiket a te eszközödön.

6. Adatmegosztás

Személyes adataidat soha nem adjuk el harmadik félnek. Adatokat csak az alábbi esetekben osztunk meg:

Munkakeresők és munkaadók között az alkalmazáson belül, párosítási célból
A fent felsorolt infrastruktúra-szolgáltatókkal (Google Firebase)
Jogi kötelezettség esetén, hatósági megkeresésre

8. GDPR és globális megfelelés

Az EU-s felhasználók számára adatkezelésünk megfelel az Általános Adatvédelmi Rendeletnek (GDPR – 2016/679/EU). Ugyanezeket a védelmi szinteket alkalmazzuk a világ minden részén élő felhasználóink esetében is.

9. Gyermekek adatai

A VJob nem 16 év alatti felhasználóknak szól. Tudatosan nem gyűjtünk adatokat 16 év alatti személyektől. Ha tudomásunkra jut, hogy kiskorútól gyűjtöttünk adatot, azt haladéktalanul töröljük.

10. Változások

Fenntartjuk a jogot a jelen tájékoztató módosítására. Lényeges változás esetén értesítést küldünk az alkalmazáson belül vagy email útján. A módosítás dátuma mindig megjelenik az oldal tetején.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication). Data is stored on Google's servers in accordance with their security standards, transmitted over encrypted connections.

We retain your data as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion.

The VJob mobile application does not use cookies. The app exclusively uses Firebase's secure session management, which does not store cookies on your device.

9. Children's Privacy

VJob is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

3. Datenspeicherung

Ihre Daten werden sicher über Google Firebase-Dienste gespeichert (Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication). Die Daten werden auf Google-Servern gemäß deren Sicherheitsstandards über verschlüsselte Verbindungen übertragen.

Wir speichern Ihre Daten, solange Ihr Konto aktiv ist oder bis Sie die Löschung beantragen.

Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten niemals an Dritte. Daten werden nur in folgenden Fällen weitergegeben:

Zwischen Arbeitssuchenden und Arbeitgebern innerhalb der App für Matching-Zwecke

8. DSGVO & Globale Compliance

9. Datenschutz für Kinder
